Chesapeake Region Volleyball Association (CHRVA) Sanctioned Juniors Events:
4th of July Fest – Sunday, July 3, Junior Doubles
Metro Classic – Sunday, July 24, Junior Doubles
Laurel Open – Sunday, August 7, Junior Doubles
In order to participate, all juniors must be a current registered member of USA Volleyball. If you are not a current member you may visit www.chrva.org and purchase your membership. There are Summer memberships or One Day memberships available.
Juniors Waiver: All players 18 and under must download the Juniors waiver. The waiver must be completed and signed by the player's parent or guardian. Forms will be collected at check-in the day of the event.
Mid-Atlantic Volleyball will also offer non-sanctioned Junior events throughout the summer:
First Rites of Summer – Saturday, May 14, Junior Triples
Memorial Day Classic – Saturday, May 28, Junior Doubles
Labor Day Classic – Sunday, September 4, Junior Doubles
Mayor's Cup – Saturday, September 17, Junior Triples
Junior Divisions that will be offered at all 7 tournaments are:
Girls 18 and Under 'A' Advanced
Girls 18 and Under 'B' Beginner
Girls 14 and Under 'A' Advanced
Girls 14 and Under 'B' Beginner
**Please note, there must be at least 4 teams to hold a division. Some divisions may be combined.
Boys Juniors: Any 18 and under boys wishing to participate may enter any of the Adult Men's Divisions (A, BB, B) on Saturdays. Boys 18 and under will still pay the junior price of $20.00 per person. Any 14 and under boys may enter any of the junior girls divisions for events listed above.
Juniors Fees: $20.00 per player *must be pre-registered before the Wednesday prior to each event by 6:00pm **All teams are strongly encouraged to pre-register!!
$15.00 per team late fee – applied to those teams who register onsite, the day of the tournament.
If you are registering for one of the CHRVA sanctioned events, please make sure you have your USAV membership number available at the time of registration. Bring a copy of your membership card to the tournament.

Girls High School (9-12 grade/18U)
Girls Middle School (6-8 grade/14U)
Those Middle School players that have experience and are advanced in skill level may enter the High School division. No High School players may play in the Middle School division.
Junior Triples divisions available on Saturdays at the First Rites of Summer and Mayor's Cup events.
Three-four players per team. If there are 4 players, you may only sub in between games, not during games. Those who wish to play doubles may enter the adult divisions (AA, A, BB, B)
Fee: $20.00 per player
There is a minimum of 4 teams needed to hold a division. Matches will consist of 2 games to 21 points (5 team pool) or 25 points (4 team pool), rally scoring with let serve. If there are 2 or more pools/nets in a division, top two teams off of each net will qualify for playoffs. If there is only 1 pool/net, top two finishers will receive awards. Those teams winning first or second in their respective divisions will receive medals. Team check-in is between 7:45-8:30am
